Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• We use Australia Post for most deliveries.
• Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping (signature required)* 
• Items exceeding 1m or 10kg may require courier delivery (not eligible for free shipping) and cannot be sent to PO Boxes. 
• Signature is required for all orders above $100 (Registered Post or Courier).
• If you are in a remote location and shipping costs are unreasonable compared to the value of the product we will get in touch with you to arrange for a suitable solution but we retain the right to not ship the item in which case you will get a refund.

*Free Shipping excludes certain large items, like surfboards, twintips, wing/sup foil boards and large bulky items like travel bags. 

Returns

• You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt (at your expense).
• Original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund if you return a free-shipping item due to a change of mind.

• Our shipping times are estimates only, unless you choose a premium overnight service (arranged by phone or email at extra cost).
